This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Ashley Cottrell ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Vault Samples website and webstore ("Website"), including any content, features, products, and services offered on or through the Website.

3.1. Product Availability: All purchases are subject to availability. Company may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3.2. Pricing: Prices are subject to change. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location.

3.3. Payment: You agree to pay all charges at prices in effect when incurred.

3.4. Right of Withdrawal: By downloading digital products, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law.

3.5. Refunds: If a product is defective or misrepresented, contact support@exertagency.com.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vault Samples is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase amount paid.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from all claims arising out of your use of the Website.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Website at any time without notice for any reason.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Leuven, Belgium. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Leuven.

9. Prohibited Activities

Unauthorized file sharing, copying, or fraudulent activity will result in termination and possible legal action.

10. Privacy & Data Handling

We protect customer data and never sell or disclose it without consent, except as required by law.

11. Dispute Resolution

EU residents may use the European Commission’s ODR platform for online dispute resolution.
